When a term depends on the actual product, we state that clearly and confirm it during quotation.
01Who do you work with?
We review inquiries from retailers, home brands, wholesalers, distributors, interior designers and hospitality or project buyers. Each request is assessed around the product, market and quantity.
02What can be customized?
Fabric, color, pattern, finished dimensions, fullness, hanging method, labels, logo and packaging can be reviewed. Feasibility depends on material, construction and quantity.
03Is there one MOQ for every curtain?
No. MOQ varies by fabric, color, print, embroidery, dimensions, construction and packaging. It is confirmed after the style and quantity per variation are understood.
04How long does a sample take?
Typical samples can normally be prepared within one week after materials and details are defined. Special developments may require more time.
05How does the sample fee work?
The sample fee is paid first. It can be credited or refunded with the corresponding bulk order under the terms confirmed in the quotation.
06What is the bulk production lead time?
Timing depends on fabric, customization, quantity, packaging and available capacity. The schedule is confirmed after the sample and specification are approved.
07Where is a custom logo applied?
Standard branding is applied to outer packaging, bags, stickers, hangtags, inserts, labels, barcodes or cartons. A logo or artwork directly on curtain fabric is a separate development request.
08Can you guide measurements and hanging methods?
Yes. We can explain the measurements and track or rod information required and recommend an approach around the desired effect. On-site measurement and installation are not included unless separately confirmed.
09Can you develop from a photo or physical sample?
Yes. Photos, drawings, links and physical samples can be used as references. We first review fabric, construction, dimensions, details and feasibility with suitable suppliers.
10Can you coordinate inspection, packing and shipping?
We can coordinate inspection when requested, packing requirements, freight quotations, pickup and shipment. Freight is quoted separately according to destination, volume and commercial terms.
11Can performance or compliance requirements be requested?
Yes, but blackout, composition, colorfastness, flame performance, testing or market compliance requirements must be stated before quotation and confirmed for the selected material.
12Which commercial terms are confirmed individually?
Price, currency, payment method, MOQ, tolerance, inspection standard, timing, freight, documentation and claim terms are confirmed in the quotation or order. We do not publish unverified generic terms.
